1. Services
Nimble Pixels provides website design, development, and maintenance services. All work will be tailored to your specific requirements as outlined in a project brief or proposal.
2. Payment Terms

All pricing is quoted in AUD and inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

A 50% deposit is required to commence work. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and before final handover or deployment.

For ongoing services (e.g., maintenance), invoices are issued monthly and are payable within 14 days.
3. Revisions

Two rounds of revisions are included per deliverable unless stated otherwise.

Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
4. Timeline & Delays

Project timelines are estimates and rely on timely client input. Delays in feedback or content provision may result in project delays.
5. Ownership and Licensing

Upon full payment, you retain ownership of all website content, design, and code unless specified as third-party licensed material.

Nimble Pixels reserves the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio.
6. Cancellation

Cancellations made after the project has started will incur charges for work completed to date.

Deposits are non-refundable once the project is underway.
7. Liability

Nimble Pixels is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the delivered work.

You are responsible for maintaining backups unless a maintenance agreement is in place.
8. Privacy

Any personal or business information shared will be handled confidentially and in accordance with Australian privacy laws.
9. Updates to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the latest version.
